I originally bought this as a gift to give to someone but it has MY name on it and says it needs to be used by the recipient??
Groupon was a little confusing on that. It’s no problem, just write ON the Groupon coupon that this is a gift for : (fill in person’s name) and I will make the necessary changes. Please note: whomever you “gift” it to needs to use all three sessions themselves and cannot give them to others.
Where can I have my portraits taken at?
We have two studio locations for you to choose from…Monroeville and Fort Wayne. You can choose your location (based on availability) when you call the studio to book your session.
Do I need an appointment or can I just show up at the specified location on a day you are shooting?
Yes, you ABSOLUTELY need an appointment. Please call the office to set up an appointment. 260-623-3792
I have booked my session, what happens if I need to cancel or change my appointment?
Please call the office if you need to cancel or make any changes. We will be as flexible as possible. We do ask for a 24 hour notice or additional fees may apply. However, we do understand that illness or other things beyond your control may happen. Please do not bring in little Susie if she wakes up with a fever. She won’t be happy and we will not get the quality of portraits that you are looking for. We will do our best to work with you so call and we will work it out!
Can I view my session online ?
I’m sorry but we always do the session reviews together in person at one of our locations. During this time you can review all the images, narrow them down to your favorites (even see what they would look like in black and white or sepia !) and place your final order.
When will my finished prints/digital negatives be ready?
Currently we have approximately a 4 week turnaround time. We will contact you once everything is back from the lab and ready for you.
Can I print images off of my CD ?
Yes, the GROUPON CD will include your favorite image and you will be able to print that image.
Can I purchase additional portraits?
Yes you can! There will be a variety of poses to chose from. After you chose your favorite pose for your GROUPON, you will also have the option to purchase additional portraits at a discount!
Can I bring the family pet?
We would be more than glad to work with your family pet! Our requirements are that they are of reasonable size (no horses or cows please!) and potty trained. We also ask that you bring a cage or kennel to keep the pet in while the rest of your portraits are being taken.
